Administration Manager – Build the Backbone of a Global Health Movement

The Global Snakebite Initiative USA Foundation Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail‑driven Administration Manager to ensure our nonprofit operates with full legal, financial, and administrative compliance. This role is the operational backbone of the organization, supporting day‑to‑day systems while strengthening long‑term governance and internal controls. It begins as a part-time position (16-24 hrs per week) and is expected to transition to a full-time operational leadership role as GSI grows and our programs expand.
Key Responsibilities
- Nonprofit compliance across IRS, California agencies, and multi‑state registrations
- Maintain corporate records, filings, and a compliance calendar
- Serve as liaison with regulators, accountants, auditors, and legal counsel
- Oversee bookkeeping, financial reporting, reconciliations, and audit preparation
- Manage operational logistics, HR administration, vendor coordination, and digital systems
- Maintain policy library and support organizational planning and budgeting
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, nonprofit management, accounting, or related field
- Additional qualifications in bookkeeping, nonprofit compliance, or accounting preferred
- 5–7+ years’ experience in nonprofit administration or compliance
- Strong financial literacy, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deadlines
Reporting
The incumbent will report to the Executive Director.

The Global Snakebite Initiative USA Foundation Inc. is seeking a strategic, entrepreneurial Fundraising & Donor Engagement Manager to lead and scale our global revenue strategy across donations, grants, and contract research. This role is central to achieving ambitious multiyear funding targets and expanding our international donor and grant pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a multiyear fundraising strategy across small donors, major donors, grants, and contracts
- Build and manage a global donor portfolio with strong stewardship and relationship management
- Lead competitive proposal development, budgets, and supporting documentation
- Maintain an international pipeline database and conduct funding opportunity research
- Produce compelling fundraising materials, digital campaigns, and impact stories
- Track revenue performance and ensure compliance with donor and grant requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, business, public health, international development, or related field
- Master’s degree or MBA preferred but not essential
- 7–10+ years’ experience securing high value donations, grants, or contracts
- Exceptional writing, relationship‑building, and strategic planning skills

General Compensation Policy
Compensation aligns with US nonprofit benchmarks subject to candidate experience and qualifications. Hourly rates for part-time work will transition to full-time salaries as roles evolve and expand.
